About 5% of the time the car won't restart until it cools down. I've replaced the solenoid,starter,battery. There is no clicking noise but the dash lights do light up. Usually, I let it cool and after five minutes it'll start, not always. I've jumped it and sometimes that works. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

fuel pressure regulator sticking..
Yup, so go to the dealership,skip the service dept. go directly to parts!
bring a copy of your complete VIN, ask for a diagram of where your fuel pres. regulator is
go home make sure its sat for 15-30 minutes and have at it!!
cheap part too, saves you 1 1/2 hrs of labor,
so if you are ever in AZ,..I like my steaks med. rare !! lol
this repair will take even a novice 30 minutes, with a basic tool set from auto zone or walmart.
