Recently I had an awsome experience with www.fernsnpetals.com people. I had forgotten the birthday of a beloved and when I was actually reminded of it was already 9.30 am. Being in US, I had to find a way to deliver a bouquet to Jaipur and at the same time ensure that it is delivered in next 1.5 hour because after that there wouldn't be home in India and the day would already be lost. I had read about this company in some leading business magazine and thought to gave it a try. I booked an order as a last step for online payment, I was led to an ICICI bank secure site. After I submitted my order, I immediately received an order confirmation and a call-center number. I immediately called them up and a lady picked up the call whom I requested to ensure delivery by 11am. O my god!! she said she will call me back in 5 minutes after talking to their Jaipur office, though I did call her back in 10 mins since they might not have international calling (I assumed). She informed me that she could get in touch with Jaipur folks and asked me rest assured. Come 11.30 am ... bingo.. a guy was already there with the beautiful bouquet and a greeting card (with my message printed neatly). I am delighted for the timely service provided, thank you very much Ferns n Petals, you have a long way to go.
