I have a 1994 Caprice wagon with a 5.7 lt-1 the problem I'm having is the the voltage is low. I checked the battery and alternater and both are fine. It starts slow and when the rpm's are low it seems as if it's going to die but doesn't although it clips the radio. What could be the problem

Check tightness of nut that secures the positive cable from the battery to the fuse box. Feeds all the componets, lights, computer, AC, etc. Fuse box located engine compartment, passenger side next to fire wall. Guy I bought my '94 wagon from had replaced battery, starter and atlernator. Once nut was tightened all problems went away. One caution, back stop the strap that the stud goes into so you don't crack the fuse box like I did. Good Luck | | Poor Taste?
