My next door neighbor is a nut case! I have been told by other neighbors that he is a convicted felon and not suppose to own a gun. But he does have one and he shoots at my dogs and has recently aimed the gun at me! I along with the rest of the neighborhood am terrified of this man! We are all scared to call the Sheriff fearing that nothing will be done. I have been told by the Sheriff\'s Dept. that if he is a convicted felon would be the only way that he could be arrested and then he would be out on bail. How can I find out if he is a convicted felon with out there being a fee? I am a Disabled 31 year old fighting for some relief of stress which only aggrivates my disability.
