i recently called in a refill on a prescription for provigil, it had been 25 days since my last refill . prior to that it had been filled after 23 days and there was no problem.
in this particular instance the pharmacist told me it was too soon and i would have to wait three more days, even though my insurance covered the refill and reimbursed the pharmacy.
is what the pharmacist did standard practice? one other pharmacy told me it was the ins companies call on it being too early or not.
what is the right thing here?
