Aging, in people is a process that every person goes
through. Some, who study this process,
call it a disease and say that it begins by the time a human being reaches the
age of 25. Aging is described as a break
down in intracellular structure brought about by the stress of living, along
with pollution and a break down of cell structure caused by free radicals. By age 35, the body and mind have declined in
more obvious ways because symptoms of diseases become detectable, such as
hypertension and digestive imbalance. By
the age of 45 people have symptoms of degenerating diseases like heart
conditions and diabetes, and also wrinkles, hair loss and memory loss. At the end of this process, people die. All of this deterioration varies from person
to person, and experts say that if you live a healthy life style, you can
prolong your healthier years. I like to
think that people age just like fine wine; the older they get, the better they
get.
