loss of the cervical lordosis is noted. mild posterior bulging of the disc annuli at the c2-3,c3-4 and c4-5levels is noted.mild thecal sac flattening is noted. moderate degenerative disc narrowing at the c5-6 level is seen. moderate asymmetric right posterolatateral osteophyte formation at the c5-6 level is noted. mild right sided cord compression and moderate right foraminal stenosis are noted. a small central and left paracentral broad based disc herniation and osteophyte at the c6-7 level are noted.mild cord flattening and mild left foraminal stenosis are noted. the c7-t1 level is normal.small foraminal disc herniation l4-5 causing slight effacement of exiting left l4 root.small central &right sided broad based disc herniation l5-s1. there is slight flattening of the origin of the right s1 root.mild posterior bulging annulus c6-7.what is my corse of action
