My name is Geoffrey John Wells, and I have been tortured by Las Vegas Court Bailiffs in of all places Family Court. December 14, 2006 perhaps everyone has seen a False Video of me getting into it with a few lowlife bailiffs. This video has been heavily edited to hide the truth. Brutalistic, and liars are all that Las Vegas has for police, bailiffs, coroner investigators, and definitly corrupt District Attorneys, and Judges of the 8th judicial district who let this miscarriage of justice go on underneath their noses. Has anyone ever questioned why there is a medical staff in county jail, its because low life cops beat and torture American Citizens and Tourist. In 2001 a Frenchman was killed by police while he was handcuffed, and its on video. Were any officers fired, much less held accountable for this murder, no. Police have gotten into the buiseness of editing video to cover up their evil crimes, yet Americans just keep on letting them do it. Until you have been handcuffed and suddenly these lowlifes decide to beat on you, you have no idea the pain they can inflict. This is torture and clearly shows a lack of manhood, much less any honor, integrity, or any example of what being a man and a human being is about. They must have been picked on in High School, queer or both and feel its their duty to hurt people. I have nothing but total contempt for anyone who exhibits these lowlife traits. Terrorist are in this country and they all have a 5 dollar tin badge, are uneducated and certainly are not the best or the brightest. They have killed more Americans than any Terrorist Organization, people need to relize they are the biggest threat to freedom in this country. There are no drug tests, no mental tests, done for these individuals who feel its their job to tell Americans what they can and can not do. They are unionized, so this makes them a private workgroup, they are not government employees in any sense of the imagination. Government workers are not allowed to unionize. So, do they have the right to represent law in this country, the answer is no. For to long Americans have let district attorney's and this private police force grab power they were never intended to have.
The way law is suppose to work, is if a wrong is committed against you, you are suppose to go to a Judge and tell him what wrong was committed and who did it, then the judge if he thought a crime had been committed would tell the Sheriff to either deputize you and you would both go and bring whoever was alleged to have committed a wrong in front of the judge. A sheriff's power was suppose to only be enforced through the court. Now however, people have let Sheriff's and police have power they were never intended to have. Combined with Attorney's who have corrupted the law to give them power has led to a judicial system that is anything but lawful. The attrocities committed on a daily basis by LAW ENFORCEMENT now are the same that led to the Revolutionary War against England. Pre-trial confinement, denial of Bail, judges who dont even know the definition of Habeas Corpus.
I had two ribs broken inside the courtroom, I was hit from behind, not one lowlife bailiff said your under arrest. Much less had a Judge even ordered them to arrest me. Do bailiffs decide who is under arrest, or does a judge when it is their court? Now when I was dragged out of court, the bailiffs used my head and rammed it into every judges courtroom door down the back hallway. When stopped at an Elevator, a bailiff punched me in the head, I promptly put my knee into his balls. I was rewarded with a second hallway and more doors that my head tried to open. Upon entering the holding cell I was rewarded with the phrase "lets fuck him up" and while lying in a holding cell handcuffed, I was tortured by 3 bailiffs for several minutes. One tried to break my left arm with his nightstick, while a second was trying to seperate my shoulder. A third was working on my midsection, {my ribs were already broken}. Did anyone of these lowlifes get held accountable, no.
Norm Adams, Brad Scherer, Tony Durrett are low life pussy's and they know it. They are also in the truest sense, Terrorist. If anyone ever gets to see the real video, it will show them for the lowlifes they are, and all lowlifes hang out with others who act, and think the same way. Have you ever been tortured by these three, if so write about it. If you have ever been tortured, you have to write about it. Possible when enough people write about the same things, perhaps Americans will curtail this wave of violence by police, before a civil war starts.
