That statement is not in poor taste at all,infact i'd be also saying that we (first nations)ytuly understand how foreign policies can and have to this day destroyed lives and almost wiped out an entire race.

The Neopagans on the Left are doing more to destroy indigenous culture through cultural appropriation than any other forces.  The Left needs to have a discussion about how whiteness and feelings of entitlement generated from White Supremacist thinking leads so many ppl who claim to be progressive to "play Indian" and engage in offensive and insulting full moon drummings, sweat lodges, vision quests and other minstrelsy that is profoundly offensive to native people and devastating to their culture.  Take the plank out of your own eye before you remove the speck from your brother's eye, poser.
