Your question depends on what the governments of the third world plan to do to bring all of their people to the 21st century way of life.   If every country did all that it could to help its people find a way of earning a living, that had the potential to give them material comfort and security; and allowed them the freedom to learn all that they could about whatever they wanted to know, then who would have time for hate and war.  We all have wants and needs, but we must have information and an opportunity to apply what we learn, in order to be self-sustaining.  In many third world countries, large numbers of citizens are without rights.  They are not allowed to view the western world or Europe, to make comparisons with their own existence.  It isn’t even just the third world, it is any society that tries to use ignorance and a domination tactic, to keep needs and wants small, and deny hope to the populous. This is where terrorists are born.  This is what they will do anything to escape.  If people would listen to the humanitarians among us, and if we would  take responsibility for each other, and our right to happiness and fulfillment, then everyone, living everywhere, would have a future that was limitless.
