recently had a phone call from a sales rep from a company called ideal positions. They were pitching a flat rate advertising opportunity in google's sponsored links adwords. Since I have lots of experience with pay per click marketing I asked what there costs were if they were charging a flat rate of X dollars for a search phrase and this is pay per click I asked and they said that ideal positions has a triple platinum contract with yahoo and are very high up with google and get keywords in sponsored links and they pay a flat price which I tended to think was bs but with an open mind I won't make that determination until I fully investigate this claim. Has anyone heard of any advertser/ reseller paying a flat rate to google for sponsored links?

I got the same call. I signed up and got exactly what I paid for. Go to Google or Yahoo and type in either Montana elk outfitters ot Montana big game hunting and there I am, Indian Summer Outfitters. Flat rate. Really good deal. | | Poor Taste?

I don't believe it. I can't find anything like this on any reputable site about google adwords. My guess is that you pay $1000/mo for clicks that only costs this "agency" $20/mo. These are terms with very few searches and you're probably paying WAAY more than the real value. While not a scam per se, they are definitely taking advantage of people who don't know any better.

Great question,be VERY careful from companies who offer these claims,however Ideal Positions is the very best company I've ever dealt with.They deliver exactly what they promise.I would recomend
