Alarming incidents are happening world wide,be it in US,INDIA or anyother country. Schools and colleges are not far behind. What do we call it as-KILL SCCHOOL , KILL FOR FUN OR WHAT ?

2. Undoubtedly the children are the best natural imitators. The child grow watching subconsciously imitating their elders.It may not be always but once a while the child gets a pet for ofcourse imitating his elder or any famous personalities watching on the television. Well this pet indeed results in encouragement to the child because the child feels that his doings is indeed getting approved in the first training ground which is his home and guided by the parents.

3. The training received during the games where all types of imitations are followed ,virtually sets the beginning with the friends, and instructed by them, so called mentors,it is here they at first , pick up the weapon. The young boy is so sensitive that when such situation arises,moves ahead looking for authentic weapon,as now there is a real ‘ENEMY”,who needs to be handelled and simultaneously eliminated,for him it is a duty and needs to be done on priority

4. The incidents of shoot outs happening quite frequently, everyone be it teachers,parents or even the students,as and when such incidents occur in their school,involving their or somebodyelse’s ward.

5. We all have been harping on being SUCCESSFUL financially or otherwise. Did we ever thought about raising of young both consciously or unconsciously, can the Parents,the Adults,the Teachers take on this challenge of their being Adults?! How far they would succeed in drawing blueprints for their children !

6. I, as a parent would like to suggest the introduction and application of HONOUR CODE,VALUE EDUCATION and inculcate disciplined lifestyle at school or at home. The interactive session between the teachers and the parents and experts in attendance sometimes will go a longway in improving the ethos and moral values amongst the growing students. How far we go is VISION and hopefully vision and dreams come true one day which I believe is not very far. “BELIVE IT TO HAPPEN”
