You can eat, but in moderation. The weight watchers program helps you to learn that you can eat anything, but in small portions. You have to give your stomach enough time to digest the food and so when you eat a lot at one time, it is harder for your stomach muscles to break down the food. However, eating vegetables and drinking eight glasses of water is a good place to start. Include vegetables in your diet and fruits as well. Egg whites are good to add to your protein diet, but don’t starve yourself. Never do that. It will only add to the frustration of losing weight. | | Poor Taste?
