A person with high cholestrol, as I think and seen from
my experience. one should take steps as below.
1. stop intake of any type of Ghee, fried, heavy food.
2. Take less diet than your hunger, try to get vegetable,
light food, less flour of grains. and feel easy all the
day. take more liquids. never stay empty stomach.
3. Start exercise, stretching of body parts, and if
possible do morning walk. do something everyday.
4. See the doctor for actual count of your cholestrol and take medcine, if possible adopt Homoepathy.
