Butt muscle is the biggest muscle in our body and we have to use it in order to have it strong, firm and beautiful...Sitting down all day surely does not help that is why there is a program designed by me that will help you to maintain the muscle in a perfect shape as well transform you for the upcoming 2008 bikini season.
The routine is very simple and straight forward, and you must remember REPETITIONS!!!!
STEPS
1. UPHILL JOGGING OR WALKING - CAN BE INCLINE ON THE TRADEMILL EVERY DAY OR 5 TIMES A WEEK AT LEAST
2. 100-200 SQUATS A DAY AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK
3. 100-200 LUNGES A DAY AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK
4. JUMPING JACKS FOR CARDION AND COMBINED JUMPING JACKS WITH SQUAT
