God does not care if you go to church or if you carry your faith around with you in your pocket.  God does care if you follow his commandments, love him, and know that you are loved by him.  I speak as if I have had many conversation s with God.  Haven’t we all, and he does answer.  What I am wondering is what this gospel church does that is scary for you.  The things we fear are the things that we do not understand.   Information helps us to get rid of fear and grow as human beings.   You could visit this church and ask the minister about the fundamental beliefs of the church.  Your daughter may not like it that you are inquisitive, but she may appreciate that you are taking an interest in something that she feels is important in her life.   Showing her that you keep an open mind, and seek knowledge about the things you do not understand, are two very important life lessons for her to see in practice.  Our children are a gift, and its nice to read that you cherish her.
