Wolfgang Puck is such a hard working chief.  I watch his show on cable and I always learn something.  He is a master at his craft and I love his presentation of food, as well as how good it tastes.  He also makes a mess when he cooks, and so I don’t feel so badly when I look around and the entire kitchen is a wiped-out, after I try making some of his creations.  His soups and sea food recipes are my favorites ,and if you have not tried to prepare the barbecued shrimp b.l.t., on sour dough bread, with lemon sauce, you just have to try it.  It’s easy to prepare and makes an impression on everyone who is lucky enough to sit at your table for a delicious feast.
