You can see in my profile that I am a mommy to 3 boys! I am still blaming them for the extra weight I have ALL OVER. [lol] A good friend of mine asked me to sample CM3 to see if it works in helping me lose weight. I am really not promoting it here, rather, just reporting my findings on it. Some of my colleagues are trying a few other leading brands to see how they work for them. I will let you know if I lose any weight, if it curbs my appetite as it claims and if I feel any crazy side effects. Interested? Here was how my first day went:
CM3 Day One:
I have to
admit that I haven’t owned a scale for a LLOOOONNNGGGG time. This was on
purpose. I know I am more than ‘out-of-shape’. So I jumped on the opportunity
to try out CM3 and document how it is working for me and what I feel through
the process. I started taking it on March 3, 2008 [a wretched Monday…lol]. I
figure that I don’t eat a huge breakfast so I will take one capsule ½ hour
before breakfast, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner. Honestly, I haven’t
noticed a difference in my appetite or consumption of food on this first day.
It does say that it may take a few days to determine the number of capsules you
will need on an individual basis, and of course, I did not take the recommended
‘3’ to start with. It also says that it helps to ‘gradually’ reduce the amount
of food you will eat. I will increase to 3 tablets before main meals to see if
this will suit me better. I haven’t had any other unusual feelings or
experiences as of yet, but if I do start to grow a third head, you will be the
first to know!
PS…I can’t
include my start weight yet, as I have to come to terms with it! I got a scale
at the start yesterday. I promise to give it to you in a post soon! [promise ;-(]

here is the latest my friends:
CM3 Days 6-9
So here’s the story:
Over this past weekend, the stomach flu decided to visit me.
On Friday night I started feeling weird and on Saturday I completely lost my
appetite and began visiting the toilet frequently for the next three days. Of
course, as I have lost the contents of my stomach, and possibly my brain,
consistently over these last few days, I have lost weight. I don’t relate it to
the CM3, but one can never be sure. Today is the first day I feel safe to take
it again, but I am going to be ultra-vigilant to how I feel now to see if my
recent worship of the porcelain god is related to my new diet. I will keep you
all posted. I know you are riveted and on the edge of your seats!

CM3 days 10-15
Well folks,
I must say I am utterly confused!
Either my brain isn’t working or my scale isn’t. I have decided to start
coaching tee-ball for my boys and with that comes the need for me to increase
my physical activity in that spare time that seems to elude us. So, in addition
to giving the CM3 a try, I have been doing some very minor—hardly
noteworthy—exercise. My overall goal is to lose 30 pounds—all that I have added
and kept since having my three boys. Here’s the frustration. On Sunday the
scale read that I lost 5 pounds all together. Today, Tuesday, it says I didn’t
lose those pounds and have additionally GAINED a pound. I know this isn’t true,
because of what I have been doing. So, I think the kids got to the digital
scale somehow. Don’t ask me how, just somehow…
I will keep you all posted on this, but
for now, exercise needs to be added in to my regimen. I can’t just go on the
CM3 alone…’till we meet again…peace to you!
