Indian cuisine is just delicious. I love the way they use certain spices such
as, fennel and mustard seed, chili
pepper, cumin, garlic, ginger, clove, basil and oregano, to make chicken, lamb
and goat meat taste so unique and flavorful.
Of course, vegetables are their mainstay, and whatever part of India you
travel to, North, South, East and West, you will find different flavors and
contrasting uses of spices. Rice Pilafs,
red lentils with anything, and kabobs, are my favorite Indian dishes, and I
also love their chutneys; and every conceivable vegetable dish they make, is
tender, and leaves your pallet smiling.
If you ever get a chance to try Indian food, I recommend Okra Curry and
Spicey Chickpeas. Your stomach will thank you!!
