Stitches Used: ch, sl st, sc, hdc, dc, bpdc, fpdc. Difficulty: MEDIUM/DIFFICULT NOTE: Choose a dish towel that has the same print on each half. Cut the towel in half and hem the cut edge as this makes it easier to incorporate the first row. R1: Using the Steel Hook Size 1, work 45 sc evenly spaced along cut edge of towel. Ch3, turn. R2: Use the G hook throughout the remainder of the pattern. Dc in ea st (45dc) R3: Sl st around front of dc just made. Ch2. Fpdc around next 4 sts. (Bpdc around next 5 sts, Fpdc around the next 5 sts) across. R4: Sl st around back of dc just made. Ch2. Bpdc around next 4 sts. (Fpdc around next 5 sts, Bpdc around next 5 sts) across. R5: Sl st around back of dc just made. Ch2. Bpdc around next 4 sts. (Fpdc around next 5 sts, Bpdc around next 5 sts) across. R6: Sl st around front of dc just made. Ch2. Fpdc around next 4 sts. NOTE: The skipped stitch on R29 forms the button hole. Fasten Off.
