During Paris Fall Fashion Week for Giambattista Valli, the designer has created a new style in shoes, and he called them the “Victoria” in honor of Victoria Beckham.   They have a 4 inch wooden heel and have very little leather to hold the foot, just a strap across the toe and instep.  Givenchy reinvented the polka dot in two sizes, huge and tiny.  Dresses are all about floating sheer shiny material, and dresses are the IN FASHION LOOK.  The fabrics are all ruffles, beads, hand work, detailing and the more transparent, the better.  Hemlines include mini  to maxi in dress or skirt looks and lingerie has so much softness, it looks as if it could be worn out of the house. The one shoulder dress is a big hit, and comes in colors that are soft and delicate like silver and pale green, or bright blue and golden.  There is such a nice mix of choices for spring.  No one will be bored
