“The gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing positive knowledge.”
|
Your point is well taken.
So many talented people express themselves through literature, music,
and movie making that has a fantasy theme woven thought out, and the effects are
astounding. For example, The Lion, The
Witch and the Wardrobe was so well written as a book, and then in the movie,
all that had been imagined, suddenly had dimension and animation. All the beauty and strangeness was captured
on film, and the viewer is filled with every kind of emotion, and left with such
peace and hopefulness. Of course, there
is a direct correlation between knowledge, and using it to enhance our
fantasies. Giving fantasy gifts to
those we care about is just one more dimension of the experience.
