You will be whatever you want to be. You will learn all that you possibly can in
school, and if you think about what your interests are and take classes to be
able to educate yourself in those areas, whenever possible, then you will be
taking a proactive approach to your life.
For instance, if you love to look at photos of your friends, neighborhood,
pets and the events that you attend like concerts, then perhaps you might want
to be a photographer when you are all grown up.
Take pictures, increase the size, or shrink them down and make a display
of them. Try different angles and print
out what you like. Continue whenever you
want to, to add to a scrapbook, all the shots that you took of people and
things that you love. After awhile, if
you find yourself imagining what something you see would look like though your
camera lens, then perhaps you have found your calling. Maybe you are interested in many things, like
music, the arts, ballet, sports, fashion, or chemistry. It is wise to try to find all kinds of
interests and over time, you will come to know what you like and don’t
like. Take time to read, and keep a
journal about your life. You can keep it
online, if you wish, and reread it from time to time. This way, you will gain insight into who you
are and what you want.
