When construction workers are skilled at their jobs, such as operating the machines that move the earth and heavy materials at a site, the work gets done more quickly and overall this saves time, and is cost effective for everyone.  Also, when the workers are skilled in their jobs, it is easier for everyone to be safer at the work site.   Injuries are costly to a project, and every workman deserves to be safe on the job.  If the workers know how to excavate, and properly support structures that are in the process of being built, many problems can be prevented.   Every skilled worker brings the opportunity for excellent results.
