Women, who participate in gaming or sports, earn their way.   They don’t get the respect that men get, yet.  The pay, if there is very much is not enough to support them, and they don’t have the equipment or perks that men take for granted, yet.    Also, women usually have to work, at least part time, while they establish themselves and their teams on the big world stage of women’s sports.  Then they go home, make dinner, help the kids with their homework, and still have time, to listen to how your day was, and to care about your needs and well being.
