The Center for Medical Weight Loss sells the safest drugs, in my opinion and they have a website online. My mom went to them and the program and medication she got worked great for her.  She was never starving, and she did not get that terribly tired feeling you can get in the middle of the day.  She had tried all kinds of other weight loss pills, drinks and the prepared food, with exercise.  When she stopped taking the pills or the drink, and began a normal pattern of eating, she gained the weight right back.  Also, one of my friends got a diet pill at an online site; I think it was called Adipex.  It was expensive and it did absolutely nothing for her. It’s hard to have faith in these kinds of products, even if you don’t buy it online.  When you read what is in them you have to wonder if they are addictive, if they are real, and what are they doing to your heart and stomach.
