The RingSurf Rings are not possible to Surf in the normal manner!
I shall explain! Using my Circus Ring as an example!
Select the RingSurf Site-Code, Navpanel, in any site you want to in your ring... and click the name of the ring,
(1st Graphic) The Circus Ring Power By Ringsurf
(If the site-code has many destinations, you should select the "Next") The window appears - ( "list all" mode! )
(2nd Graphic) See the First arrow? To View member sites Click here to Click here, will commence at the beginning of the ring and advance to the end!
See the Second arrow? Please click one of the links below to enter the RingSurf Viewer ( Every one of the "Links" works! Even in the last page! HOWEVER the VIEWER is in error! ( The viewer cannot advance past the last Site - therefore we advise you to "Click the first of the links!" ) The Viewer appears, A window on top of the Site image...
(3rd Graphic) You procede round the ring by the Viewer and NOT by the Site-Code! By Clicking the "Previous" and "Next" in the Viewer! In Fact you do not need the Site-Code unless you lose the Viewer!
If you want to bookmark the site, you
|
you can't as the bookmark says www.ringsurf.com/ring_browser.php !
Here's what you have to do,
In Internet Explorer 6.0
right-click the mouse in the Bare Part of the Site, not the browser, and obey the instructions in the store in favorites section,
If your store in favorites doesn't appear, suspect that the site uses Frames
&
Firefox 2.0
right-click the mouse in the Bare Part of the Site, not the browser, then This Frame, and then Bookmark this Frame.
If the Viewer does not appear sometimes, suspect that the site
possesses code which prevents a part of the later site appearing in the
previous site. This is called Frames Busting Code, which is included in the setup and would be not be affected by the webmasters programming!
"RingSurf have abandoned the first principal of the Ring -
"Visitors will eventually return to the site from which they started." | | Poor Taste?
