These forms are available in June, on or about the 7th, online.  You can register and it’s a good idea to check this link for how to get the materials you need, and which tests will be taken in October. http://www.successcds.net/Entrance_exam_India_2006.htm#CET.  This link will give you the dates for all of the exams and they tell you where and when to get the registration forms, CDs and books that you will need to study.  http://www.careeranswers.in/answer-question.php?qid=456.   Another site mentions that the test will be taken in October.  I don’t know which of these dates applies to the tests you want to take, so the best way to get the correct information is to contact the University you wish to attend, and ask them directly, about the availability of the test forms and materials.  It is a good idea to get started because there is a massive amount of information that will need to be studied; so that your experience will be a successful one.  The competition is tremendous and all the test takers will want a high score, so the sooner you get started the sooner you will be prepared to get a great grade.
