You could lose 10 pounds in 10 days but it would not be a
healthy thing to do. You would have to
eat foods that are high in protein, and limit your intake of calories down to
about 600-900 depending on your size, and how much you weigh right now. If you are overweight, your body may be used
to storing starches and sugars, so no carbohydrates for you. Lean red meat, vegetables and fruits like
grapes, raisins and melon, and 6 to 8 glasses of water a day, work be one way
to lose the weight. However, you also
have to burn calories, and with lower caloric intake, you won’t feel very much
like exercising. You must exercise or
you will only lose water weight; and even then you will plateau, or stop losing
quickly, because your body will begin to store calories as a survival
technique. You don’t need to do
strenuous exercise, walking is a great calorie burner. The best results would come from at least a
30 to 45 minute brisk walk every day for the quick result you want. If you want this result to last, slowly
increase your food intake, up to about 1,100 calories for a woman, much more
for a man. Keep exercising, and in time
you will reach the right weight for your frame and age. Continue to watch your
intake of carbs and always drink plenty of water.
