Red Bull was one of the first energy drinks and there was nothing like it, so people tried it, got a boost of energy and kept using it.  Now there are more than 165 energy drinks, and many of them taste good, give you energy, and have fewer calories.  It seems to be a matter of personal choice.  I think that Rhino tastes much better the Red Bull, and it does not have that medicine-after taste.  I read the ingredients and they are about the same, but Red Bull pumps about twice the sugar into the bloodstream, which is not good, for anyone who has to watch their sugar intake.  You are only supposed to drink two cans of Red Bull at any one time, and I know people who drink more, if they are working out or have to stay up all night.  I tried a lot of these energy drinks and my favorite is Frank’s Sugar Free Energy Drink (Pineapple and Lime).  It comes in other flavors, but it does not taste terrible.  It has a bubble gum after taste that is similarto Rhino, but better.  It isn’t too sweet.  I don’t want all that sugar, and it has about 80 milligrams of caffeine, 1000 milligrams of taurine, and b vitamins too.  Frank’s comes in “Classic” too, if you don’t want a sugar -free energy drink.

Have you tried the Sugar free version of red bull? Real nice and energising! what say you?

I know but the sugar free version of red bull's real good - this delivers less amount of sugar but the same amt of caffeine and taurine and other such ingredients.....I like this one the best..
