My fashion icon is a relatively new singer/songwriter named Marie Digby. She is a really down to earth, natural beauty who just exudes confidence. I really look up to her because she doesn't hide behind tons of make-up and and crazy clothing. She is really someone who I look up to and who many girls should look up to. She is super talented as well musically. My friend who works at umgd told me she just came out with a new CD called Unfold which I am going to get this weekend once I get my paycheck. You can go check out what I am talking about at http://youtube.com/mariedigby.

My fashion icon is Eva Langoria Parker. I love her petite body. She is very cute and knows how to dress for different occasions. She is one of a kind and chooses styles that fit her personality; bubbly and fun. She is always well-dressed when I see her on the red carpet. I love the designs she selects to accentuate her shape and complexion. She must work out a lot to maintain such a great figure.

I think that Natalie Portman would be my choice for fashion
icon. She is an original. She wears things that appeal to her on all
levels. She will take something vintage
and mix it with something new, for a totally unique look. She is not a slave to trends, and she
experiments with color, style and a mix of the classics. The end result is an elegant simplicity that
suits her. Her make up is simple and
natural and she is not afraid to throw a pretty head band in her hair, just for
fun. She doesn’t take herself too
seriously, and she looks approachable and not stiff and lacquered. Even on the cover of Teen Vogue you don’t see
her as some mannequin with clothes hanging from her bones; you see a thoughtful
young woman of substance, nicely dressed and ready for anything.
