I am in my senior year as an undergraduate. Part of my program requirement for graduation is to write a senior thesis. I am having a major mental block trying to think of a topic. I am mostly interested in severe psychological disorders (schizophrenia, etc). I am also a women's studies minor so I am greatly interested in women's issues as well (domestic violence, etc). Although I have set interests I can't seem to narrow down and come up with a thesis topic. I want to do something interesting and different. Help!!! Any suggestions would be great!!!

You could write about Domestic Violence against women in a
specific area such as in Europe, or the U.K. or in certain cultures. You could write about it in a way that asks
and answers a question such as; is Domestic Violence against Women Occurring
with Greater Frequency in the New Millennium, than it did in the 20th
Century? Or narrow the subject matter
down to one state, or one city in a specific state. You could add specific factors such as among
the poorer classes, or IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TAKING PLACE WITH GREAT FREQUENCY
IN MIDDLE CLASS HOMES since the beginning of the new Millennium? There are a zillion ways to make that broad topic
,or the one on schizophrenia, more specific.
Also, there are web sites on line that offer Thesis Topics. If you see one that seems interesting, use it
as an example but make it more specific for your field of interest. Here is a link to some Thesis Topics. http://www.topix.com/forum/science/psychology
