Hi, I operate 5 websites, that net 18,000+ USD per month. I live in Canada, and am very confused as to what type of business structure/country to set up with? In Canada, we are taxed to death, I think 2nd highest tax country around, and quite frankly would like to set up over seas, or U.S Anyhow, 95% of my gross earnings are from American clients, can I set up my business in U.S even though I am not a U.S citizen? And if so, what business structure can I set up where by I would be considered an employee of the "business" and receive a salary? Or is it possible for me to set up in another country, say Panama or belize, and become an employee of company, and live in Canada, and receive salary from "my overseas" company? Thanks, Mike G
