In 2008 these forms were distributed from February through March 31, for the test date of May 8,2008.  So in just two days that examine will take place.   In a few months the results will be posted, and the people who registered and took the exam, will receive a hard copy of their grades.  These test takers can also get their results online if they wish.   Probably, for 2009, they will do the same thing, and have the forms available in late winter.  You should be able to surf the net right after the first of the year, to find out where and when you can register for the test,  buy your books and get some test questions.  Also, at the university web sites, this information will be posted.
