Go to wordpress.com or bloggers.com and register for a new blog account. It is free to join. When you have signed up, make sure you choose a name for your blog that identifies your bipolar website. In other words, during the registration process, you will be asked to choose a user name. Make sure you choose something similar to bipolar because your username will be used to create the name of your website. For example, if you used bipolar as your username, your website would be http://bipolar.wordpress.com and this would help you tremendously. When you go into your blog account, write one post daily and choose a good design for your website. It is really very easy. Feel  your way around until you get used to it.
